SPEA 4060 Flying Probe Tester DOM: 2011 4 Topside probes 2 Bottom side probes SPEA 4060S1 inline tester. dual side in-circuit tester. SMEMA connections to support full automation of inline testing. The system was calibrated on Sept 2nd, 2020 (C07473.90). System is within calibration until Sep 2nd, 2021. The system currently has Leonardo 2.90 with the latest patch.
